Overall, the job got done. The communication was a little difficult, and I did feel like I was repeating a lot of answers and questions that were previously answered in emails, but since I was out of state and time differences, some things were hard. When something happened in which they dropped the ball, they owned up, which I appreciated. There was a little delay with the probate, but I understand things get busy. As long as the communication and emails and phone calls are answered, they make sure they responded. Thanks again for taking care of the estate.

Mike Beardsley was a huge help with a workers' compensation settlement for my dad. We started to believe that nothing could be done until my dad talked with Mike. Mike had no hesitation on the case and saw responses right away. Even though we saw some responses quickly, it was a long process and even if we felt frustrated with the length of time it was taking, Mike and his staff would help reassure us that it is a process and would explain any questions we had.
